Sailing in Aruba
There's a variety of cruises to choose from, full or half day cruises combined with snorkeling, sunset cruises, dance party cruises, moonlight cruises, dinner cruises, you name it. Below those we loved the most!
Red Sails Morning Catamaran trip
Looking for a fun day activity on the water? Then Red Sails Morning Catamaran trip might be it! The Red Sails team will sail out and take you to explore three of the finest snorkeling spots in the area, where colorful marine life is abundant. The morning cruise offers an open bar with cocktail menu, juices & sodas as well as a Caribbean lunch buffet served on the boat. Snorkel equipment and instruction (on request) are included. This tour is perfect for the entire family as it is loaded with enough action and fun for every family member! The morning trip departs at 9:15 until 1:15pm and is priced at $72 USD per person, $39 per child (3-11).
Red Sails Catamaran Afternoon Cruise
Red Sails also offers an afternoon snorkel sail including open bar with tasty cocktail menu and snacks. Dip your mask underwater, kick your fins, and discover the 400-foot long shipwreck, Antilla, which is now home to a variety of tropical fish and colorful coral. Along the way, you'll also stop at Catalina Bay, which is ideal for snorkeling beginners and anyone who simply wants to enjoy the most breathtaking vistas our Island has to offer. The afternoon snorkel sail includes snorkel equipment and instruction (upon request). The sail departs at 2:00PM and finishes at 5:00PM and is priced at $49 USD per person (Kids $29USD).
Red Sails Sunset Sail
For those looking for a romantic experience, the sunset cruise might be it! On a catamaran you will be sailing along the coast line right around sunset time. Whilst the sun sinks in the Caribbean Sea, you will be served snacks and drinks of the complimentary bar (incl. beer and cocktails). We do recommend this sail for couples or adults since it is a more relaxing tour filled with less action for the kids. The sunset sail departs on Palm Beach 5:30PM until 7:30PM and is priced at $49 USD per person. The sunset cruise is part of Boardwalk's exclusive Romance Package.
Black Pearl & Blue Melody Cruise
The black pearl is a small sailing boat, filled with loungy cushions, takes you for a relaxing cruise to several gorgeous snorkeling spots. They call it an "Afternoon delight Sailing and Snorkeling Sunset Cruise". It starts like this: they turn off the motor and there is no loud music, relaxing in the sun or shade, sailing along the beautiful coastline of Aruba, with a nice cold drink. Sounds good? There is more;
They stop at Aruba's most beautiful lagoon; Catalina bay, this is where the Million Dollar homes are and the water is crystal clear, we can see the colorful fish right off the boat. The crowds, at this time of the day, are gone! At this tropical lagoon there is a opportunity to go snorkeling (they provide good snorkeling equipment). When everyone is back on board they serve some watermelon, more drinks, and their award winning Dutch Sandwiches & Dutch Grilled-Cheese Sandwiches note; this is not a dinner sail.
Jolly Pirates offers you the real pirate experience and takes you to some of Aruba's most beautiful snorkeling spots. The trip is famous for its rope swing and great atmosphere! Ahoy!
