The room must be booked direct on the Boardwalk Hotel website on the lowest rate that was available at the time of booking in order for the guarantee to apply.
If a lower rate is found on another website within 2 hours of booking, a claim must be submitted to Boardwalk Hotel at info@boardwalkaruba.com together with a screen-shot showing the booking details and the lower quoted rate.
Any lower rate must be for the same hotel, room type, dates and have the same restrictions and rules as the rate booked with Boardwalk Hotel.
The guarantee does not apply to any non-public rates, for example negotiated corporate rates, group rates or rates linked to another promotion.
On multiple night bookings, each night will be checked on an individual basis for rate comparison.
No claims can be submitted based on fluctuations or disparity in currency exchange rates.
Should the claim be approved, the lower rate will be applied together for the relevant nights with a further 5% discount
