Reservation Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 25%, or one night is required to guarantee a reservation. For reservations of less than 4 nights, we require full payment to guarantee the reservation. We recommend making reservations well in advance. You may book online or or email to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card number, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. The balance due on your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.
If your reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus 10% (of the deposit) for administration charges, will be refunded.
Cancellations between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival lead to forfeiture of complete deposit. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax).
We highly recommend all guests to protect themselves from losses due to last minute cancellations or no-shows. Because we are a small, independently owned business, and have high demand, we are not flexible when it comes to collecting fees for last minute cancellations and no-shows. Please read our policy carefully and consider contacting your insurance agent for travel insurance. Rates quoted for a $3,000 trip, Access American charges $79 to $342 depending on your age. Travel Guard charges $173 to $565 (please call for current rates).
