Cancelation Policy
Once you "confirm and book" your reservation, the cancellation policy below will take effect.
Cancellations between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival lead to forfeiture of complete deposit.
Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows, incur a 100% penalty (all room nights charged including tax). Holiday cancellations (for arrivals between December 20 and January 5th) incur 100% penalty when cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival or less.
We highly recommend all guests protect themselves for losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Because we are a small, independently owned business, we are not flexible when it comes to collecting fees for last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

Deposit Requirements
Immediately upon making your reservation your credit card will be charged with a 25% deposit to secure the booking. For reservations of 3 nights or less your entire stay will be charged.The balance due on your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.
Check in/out Times
Check in time is at 3:00 PM.
Check out time is 11:00 AM (if rooms are available, we will be happy to register you earlier.)
Upon check in your credit card will be authorized for the remaining balance due plus 15 percent for incidentals.

Please be informed that we do our utmost to fulfill your requests, but we cannot guarantee room locations or bedding types until day of arrival.
