If your reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus 10% (of the deposit) for administration charges, will be refunded.
Cancellations between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival lead to forfeiture of complete deposit. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax).
We highly recommend all guests protect themselves for losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Because we are a small, independently owned business, we are not flexible when it comes to collecting fees for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Please carefully read our cancellation policy, and consider contacting your insurance agent for travel insurance.

A deposit of 25% is required to guarantee a reservation. For reservations of less than 4 nights, we require full payment to guarantee the reservation. We recommend making reservations well in advance. You may book online or alternatively, call or email to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card number, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. The balance due on your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.
Check in/out Times
Check in time is at 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM (if rooms are available, we will be happy to register you earlier.) Upon check in your credit card will be authorized for the remaining balance due plus 15 percent for incidentals.
To ensure an early arrival the room must be reserved the night prior to your stay
Past 11 am: Extend to 1 pm departure as a courtesy based on availability.
Past 1 pm: 50% charge of the reservation rate up to a 5 pm departure. Note, late departures are subject to availability.
Past 4 pm: Full reservation value charged to credit card on file up to 11 am departure the following morning
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Your credit card must be valid for your booking dates. Payment by swift transfer is also possible (please contact us for account details).

Minimum Stay Requirements
There is no minimum stay requirement. However, at owner's discretion, certain a minimum stay requirement might apply to certain periods.
