Human Resources - Duties and Responsibilities include: 

  • Organizing & preparing HR Administration. 
  • Answer and follow up with employee requests & questions. 
  • Monthly & weekly schedule planning for all departments. 
  • Prepare Payroll administration and/or process payroll. Assist Payroll department by providing relevant employee information. 
  • Hiring & Training of New team members and orientation program. 
  • Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance including keeping Handbook up to date and keeping team trained. 
  • Schedules the annual and quarterly evaluations for all departments. Sets up evaluations and makes sure that the team receives satisfaction surveys 4 times per year. 
  • Employee satisfaction program: Acknowledge team member celebrations (eg birthday, company anniversary, employee activities and events, staff meetings & community services. 
  • Periodically review and update job descriptions, policies, procedures, rules and regulations including Boardwalk Handbook. 

Company Training & Quality Control Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage company training-matrix, monitor and update all policies and standard operating procedures.  
  • Manage Training calendars and follow up with department heads. 
  • Administer complaint & improvements feedback and use it as a base to trigger trainings & SOP updates & improvements. 
  • Train Boardwalk Supervisors and Managers to give valuable trainings to the staff. Safeguard Training quality. 
  • Working together with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems and give weekly refreshment trainings. 
  • Give general trainings of handbook & HR Procedures. 

Other General Duties and Responsibilities include: 

  • Participates in organizations related to the hotel industry that may benefit the hotel.

Restaurant Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, menu of all F&B, daily specials, special activities and all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
