Part or Fulltime Waiter
As waiter you are responsible for administering the day-to-day food & beverage service duties, such as opening and closing the restaurant, answering calls, taking food & beverage orders, preparing beverages, taking customer payments and asking customers about their experience, such as the level of service or satisfaction with their order. You may also be asked to help around in other necessary areas of the F&B Department's daily operations for example the Dishwashing area.

Responsibilities include:
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders
- Preparing the bar for service, including the mise en place
- Preparing various drink orders including draft beer, cocktails, smoothies, and coffee (using a professional coffee machine)
- Handling reservations and guest bills
- Starting up and breaking down service areas
- Maintaining the service and storage areas at health and safety standards
- Maintain inventory and supplies stocked
- Following the Boardwalk service standards at all times
- Attending to all designated service areas
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and cleaning when needed
Your qualities:
- Experience in hospitality and customer service
- A high level of enthusiasm and proficiency in hospitality service and “going the extra mile”!
- You have a representative appearance, are approachable and have great communication skills
- You are a team player and are able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines or are willing to learn
- Multilingual: English is a must and Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento are added assets
- Tech-savvy
- Work Permit, Firma Libre, or Aruban citizenship is required
- Valid food handlers permit is required
- Flexible for full-time or part-time, while taking into account the operating hours of the hotel (including national holidays)
- Eagerness to learn, talent and enthusiasm are more important than ticking the boxes
Front Desk Agent
The front desk agent is a key member of our boutique hotel. They ensuring the smooth operations and requires excellent communication skills, as well as having an affinity with guest experience and service.
Requirements:
- Experience in front desk & hospitality
- Technology savvy
- Feedback driven and guest oriented mind
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills
- Structured, detailed
- Able to execute night audit report
- Always looking for ways to improve and uplift the guest experience
