For the client (and advisor) seeking an authentic Aruban experience!
We believe in the importance of travel advisors and their ability to target clients who value the lessor known, off the beaten path gems like Boardwalk. Therefore, we offer a Travel Advisor Program with the intention of introducing you to the tranquil oasis that is Boardwalk and enable you to give honest, personal advise to clients based on your own authentic experience.
What can you expect from our Travel Advisor Program?
- Book direct and earn 15% commission
- Stay with us with on a Travel Agent Rate throughout the year
- Earn 1 night free for every 10 nights booked for clients
- A complimentary amenity for special occasions, with a personal note on your behalf
- Stay up to date with important hotel and destination information
Travel Agent Commission
You receive a 15% commission, calculated on the daily rate (excluding taxes and service charge), which will be remunerated after your client’s departure.
Our best available rate is visible at any time on boardwalkaruba.com. As rates increase with occupancy, sometimes in the same day, we recommend you book online as soon as your clients are ready to confirm. Please add a note that you are a travel agent booking on behalf of your clients, and we will follow up accordingly.
Travel Agent Rate
Experience Boardwalks barefoot luxury yourself! We offer the following travel agent rate throughout the year.
Rate: $250,- per casita per night (excluding taxes and fees)
Conditions: Room type will be assigned based on availability. Stay is based on two guests in the room. Rate is excluding the taxes and fees (23.45% and $ 3.50 US dollars per night). This discounted rate is non-commissionable. Stays are only bookable 2 weeks prior to arrival, when availability allows. Maximum length of stay of 4 nights with this special rate. Black out dates may apply. A site inspection with the Sales Department will be scheduled during your stay.

We take care of your clients (and you)!
Clients that are celebrating their special occasion, for example, a honeymoon, anniversary, or birthday celebration, will receive a complimentary amenity on your behalf. Your client will receive this upon arrival together with a personalized welcome note. Please inform us about all applicable details at the time of booking, as well as any insights into your clients' preferences and expectations so that we can enrich their vacation experience in Aruba.

Collect Free Room Nights!
For every 10th revenue generating room night booked for your clients, you will receive 1 complimentary room night to use for your own personal stay.
Conditions: Complimentary room nights will be confirmed on a run-of-house basis. Reservations can be confirmed in advance. Blackout dates apply. Complimentary room nights are only usable after clients have stayed at Boardwalk. Room nights are available for a maximum of 2 years. A site inspection with the Sales Department will be scheduled during your stay with us.
